Orders & Delivery

SportsTown.me delivery policy

• We offer free shipping for orders above 1,000,000 LBP.
• 25`000 LBP will be added on orders equal or below 1,000,000 LBP.
• Delivery takes 2 to 6 business days as of next day of your order (weekends and holidays excluded)
• We deliver all across Lebanon.
• Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
• Your order can be tracked when logged in, in “my orders” tab.
• We process and deliver orders from Monday to Friday during working hours from 9AM to 5PM (excluding holidays).
• You will receive a notification by the shipping company within 1 or 2 days ahead of delivery.
• The shipping company will make two delivery attempts. If they failed to find you they will return your purchase to us. Your order then will be automatically cancelled and paid amounts can be reimbursed to your E-wallet account only (excluding paid shipping fees).
• Sportstown.me holds the exclusive right to choose the shipping company that processes any order.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

• A signature can be required upon the receipt of the shipment.
• We insure all packages in transit from Sportstown.me to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been delivered, it is no longer insured by Sportstown.me
• Estimated delivery process times are to be used as a guide only and start from the next day of your order.
• Bear with us that delays may occur. The estimated dates we provide do not represent any obligation on us to deliver within the mentioned time.
• Orders can be cancelled as long as they are not yet delivered.
• Please note that if your order has already been delivered and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
• Your orders cannot be gift wrapped, as the shipping company hold the right to inspect the items for your own safety.
• Sportstown.me holds the right to add, change and remove delivery fees on any order.
