WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?

1. Cash on Delivery

Pay on delivery covers cash and credit card payment (as long as the driver is carrying a pos to proceed with your card).

Make sure that you always have the exact amount upon delivery, since delivery guys do not carry change.

2- Online Secure Payment

At Sidewalks.net, we take every precaution to ensure that our site is secure. All credit card transactions on the website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions that you have initiated. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and reliable, Sidewalks.net uses the 3D Secure Payment technology which authenticates the cardholder’s identity at the time of purchase, through methods including the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.

 

In order to process your order we will need to hold the following information: your name, email address, phone numbers, home and shipping addresses, and credit/debit card billing address.

 

Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order using our payment partner's systems. Additionally, we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes, we may ask for your telephone number and this may be given to our courier for delivery services. 3- What is the E-GIFT CARD? (coming soon)

E-GIFT CARD is our best choice for your beloved ones. Choose the desired amount you wish to offer, and we will create an E-GIFTCARD for the person you chose. This person will receive an email with all the necessary details about the amount, expiry date and how to use.

• E-Gift Card has an expiry of 1 year from date of purchase.
• E-Gift Card can be exclusively used online through sidewalks.net and cannot be used or redeemed in our retail stores.
• E-Gift Card can be paid online and using your E-VOUCHER. It cannot be paid in cash.

 

4- What is the E-VOUCHER?

Sidewalks.net E-VOUCHER account is your virtual balance that contains all your paid returned orders that were approved by us.

E-Voucher account acts as credit voucher that can be used to pay for your online orders. You can use it partially or fully depending on your needs.

 

E-VOUCHER Balance can be checked HERE once you are logged in.

 

• E-VOUCHER amounts have an expiry of 1 year from the day they were added.
• E-VOUCHER can be exclusively used online through sidewalks.net and cannot be used or redeemed in our retail stores.
• E-VOUCHER balance cannot be refunded.
